If you have insurance not on this list ,call us as we may accept it.
We also accept Tricare standard, most Workers’ Comp Insurance, PIP(no fault insurance). PIP covers you whether or not you are at fault for the accident and according to Florida law, if you own a motor vehicle with four or more wheels, then you have to carry $10,000 of PIP(personal injury protection insurance). You also have to carry a mininmum of $10,0000 property damage liability insurance. Regarding Workerss’ Comp injuries, you will need an authorization before you can see Dr. Herson.
Regarding PIP insurance, you would need the claim number and the adjuster’s name and phone number.
If you wish to see us for pain from the motor vehicle accident we will diagnose the cause of the pain, treat it and help you recover.
As a courtesy to you, we file your insurance claims for you. You would be responsible for copays, deductitbles and/or non-covered charges.
We also treat industrial accidents.
Some of the private insurance HMO plans may require authorization from your primary care physician.
